What does it mean to be a firm client?Return to FAQ Videos
We have a philosophy in our office that the goal when representing clients is first and foremost, to provide them with representation that we are proud of and representation that they will appreciate and feel that we are doing the best that can be done for them to accomplish their goal. Generally, the goal is to obtain financial security for the client. If a client has lost a loved one, especially if someone is the “bread winner” of the family, obtaining that financial security can be very important for the family. We are hopeful that at the end of representation, the clients will feel that we have done a good job in representing them, and that we will have gained a friend, in addition to a former client.
