How long does a legal malpractice case take?

Return to FAQ Videos

In central Florida, particularly in the Tampa Bay area, to pursue a legal malpractice case, usually it takes anywhere from eighteen (18) months to two (2) years. We tell clients generally to plan on eighteen (18) months to two (2) years before a case will be resolved.
