Do you take cases to trial?

Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

We take cases to trial and want the reputation for being lawyers that will take cases to trial. We don’t get involved in cases unless we feel the client is deserving and the physicians or medical care providers involved were clearly inadequate in the care that they provided. That being said, it’s our feeling that if you’re careful about the cases you accept and prepare the cases properly, as though the case is going to be tried, the majority of the cases will be settled without the necessity of a trial. There is a risk in trial for everybody involved. There are potential delays. If a case can be resolved, and the client properly protected, we feel that is the preferable route to go.
