The factors that we take into account when being asked about the value of the case, or what a case is worth, is to try to determine if there is adequate insurance in place. Unfortunately, all too often, in the state of Florida we run into situations where we find a doctor who is underinsured or uninsured, and there is no insurance coverage. Which makes it extremely difficult to secure any type of meaningful recovery for the client.
